You can return the product (or exchange it) within 14 days from the day of purchase. This rule applies to unused and undamaged goods

with all labels and tags.

Refunds are made within 10 working days from the moment the seller receives the goods.

Funds are returned only after verification and confirmation of the fact of compliance with the norms of product return.

Non-exchangeable and non-refundable:

• goods are used and/or damaged.

• goods without labels and tags.

• goods after washing, dry cleaning.

• goods that were used for photo shoots.

• goods that were delivered outside of Ukraine.

• goods are manufactured according to individual parameters (from 5 units).
