Shipping and returns

DELIVERY

Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta at the operator's rates. Orders over 4000 UAH paid online, we deliver in Ukraine for free.

We ship the goods the next day after placing and paying for the order.

Delivery times depend on the destination and range from 1 to 3 days.

International delivery is carried out by Ukrposhta, subject to prepayment for goods and delivery services.

After shipping, we will send you a tracking number by which you can track the package.

Delivery time depends on the country of destination.



EXCHANGE AND RETURN

You can return (or exchange) the product within 14 days from the date of purchase. This rule applies to unused and undamaged products.

with all labels and tags.

Refunds are made within 10 business days from the moment the seller receives the goods.

Funds are refunded only after verification and confirmation of compliance with the rules for returning goods.

The following are not subject to exchange or return:

  • the goods are used and/or damaged.

  • goods without labels and tags.

  • goods after washing, dry cleaning.

  • goods that were used for photo shoots.

  • goods that were delivered outside Ukraine.

  • Products are made to individual specifications (from 5 units).

To make a return, you can use the "Easy Return" service from Nova Poshta. To do this, you need to follow the instructions on on the Nova Poshta website.
